DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Acu Ninja at Sun Med, you will be responsible for:
Providing exceptional care and treatments for all patients.
Follow systems and scripts for creating results based care and treatment plans.
Providing plans for patients including acupuncture, herbal medicine, dietary & lifestyle advise and any other care / treatments that may be applicable.
Tracking care plans and keeping patients accountable.
Communicating care plans clearly with Admin Ninja's and patients.
Keeping accurate and up to date stats for the clinic.
Attending daily team huddles, training and role-play.
Staying across all communications across multiple platforms.
Staying across all current marketing and promotional offers within the clinic.
Assisting with social media content as required and directed.
Clinic room management (stock, cleaning and tidying) and making and ordering herbs / supplements as directed.
Collaborating with our team of healthcare professionals, support staff, and other specialists to ensure coordinated and high-quality care for our patients.
Staying current and at full ninja status with education and training provided.
Other ad hoc and reception ninja duties as required.
